Designed for teens aged 16-19, this practical programme spans 6-9 months, culminating in the launch of a new venture. Students collaborate in teams of 4-5 to develop innovative business ideas, transforming them into viable enterprises. With continuous support from entrepreneurs, mentors, teachers, experts, and success managers, participants are guided every step of the way.

Entrepreneurship is a team sport

Teams are organised from the selected students, with each team comprising 4-5 students

Student teams are supported throughout the process by mentors, teachers, and our success managers

  • Entreprenerds Challenge is a Marathon, not a sprint

    - The Challenge comprises 10 progressive levels, each with distinct gates. Teams advance by earning keys through task completion aligned with their business projects

    - Completing tasks leads to acquiring keys, and unlocking subsequent gates and levels

    - Teams successfully unlocking all the 10 gates progress to the Demo Day, where they pitch their projects to potential investors

    - The Challenge spans 6-9 months, offering a comprehensive learning experience

  • Hands-on experience, skill-building, and mentorship

    - Mentorship is an integral part of the programme as each team will have a mentor to support the team and individual students going through the challenge

    - Participants will acquire and develop more than 80 essential skills and competencies throughout the challenge

    - Students develop a portfolio of their activities and reflections throughout the challenge that set their personal development map

    - Students will tackle the challenge’s tasks within an environment mirroring the real world work settings. This familiarity and achievement enhance the students resilience in confronting challenges throughout their career life journey

  • Rewards:

    Students and teams will be introduced to partnership opportunities and project development with individual entrepreneurs and institutional stakeholders.

    • Selected teams will have the chance to visit startup hubs around the world to enhance their experience.

    • The best-performing teams will be offered various opportunities and incentives, including funding.

    • Students earn certificates and badges for completing tasks in various skill sets

    Sponsorship opportunities for the first cohort of the Entreprenerds Challenge have closed.

    Teams are formed from the pool of accepted students

    Prospective students are encouraged to complete the “ Entreprenerds Foundation” before applying for the challenge
