Entreprenerds Foundation Programme

Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Participation

• Eligibility: The Entreprenerds Foundation programme is open to students aged 16-19.

• Registration: Students must complete the online registration process and provide accurate information.

• Program Commitment: Students are expected to dedicate at least 3 hours per week to the program and actively participate in online and offline activities.

• Code of Conduct: Students must adhere to the Entreprenerds Code of Conduct, maintaining a respectful and inclusive learning environment.

2. Program Content and Delivery

• Curriculum: The program consists of 6 tracks with 10 Gates, covering various entrepreneurship themes.

• Delivery Platform: The program is delivered through the Entreprenerds Space online platform and mobile app.

• Assessments: Students will be assessed through a combination of peer evaluations, practical exercises, and online assessments.

• Certificate and Badges: Upon successful completion of each Gate, students will receive a certificate and badges recognizing their achievements.

3. Intellectual Property

• Student Work: Students retain ownership of any intellectual property they create during the program.

• Entreprenerds Materials: All program materials, including course content, videos, and exercises, are the property of Entreprenerds and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

4. Fees and Payment

• Program Fees: The program fees are as outlined on the Entreprenerds website and are subject to change.

• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of registration.

• Refunds: Refunds may be available under certain circumstances, as outlined in the Entreprenerds refund policy.

5. Termination and Suspension

• Entreprenerds reserves the right to terminate or suspend a student's participation in the program for any violation of these terms and conditions or the Code of Conduct.

• In the event of termination or suspension, no refund of program fees will be provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Entreprenerds will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

• Students participate in the program at their own risk.

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.  

8. Modifications

• Entreprenerds reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

• Students will be notified of any changes.

9. Disclaimer

The Entreprenerds Foundation program aims to provide valuable entrepreneurial education and experiences. However, it's important to acknowledge that:

• The program is educational in nature. While we strive to provide practical and applicable knowledge, the success of any entrepreneurial venture depends on various factors beyond the scope of this program.

• Participation does not guarantee business success. The program equips students with essential skills and knowledge, but the actual implementation and outcomes of their ventures are dependent on their individual efforts and market conditions.

• The program does not provide financial or legal advice. Students are encouraged to seek professional guidance for any financial or legal matters related to their ventures.

• The program content is subject to change. We strive to keep the curriculum updated and relevant, but modifications may occur based on feedback and evolving industry trends.

10. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Respect fellow participants, mentors, and staff members.

• Engage in the Programme with integrity and honesty.

• Refrain from any form of cheating, plagiarism, or dishonesty.

• Comply with all instructions and guidelines provided during the Programme.

Refund Policy

At Averroes Education Ltd, trading as Entreprenerds, we are committed to providing a high-quality educational experience through our Entreprenerds Foundation Programme. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to withdraw from the Programme. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Withdrawal and Refund Requests

• Before Programme Start Date:

• If you withdraw from the Programme 14 days or more before the start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the Programme fees.

• If you withdraw from the Programme less than 14 days before the start date, you are eligible for a refund of 50% of the Programme fees.

• After Programme Start Date:

• If you withdraw from the Programme within the first week (7 days) after the Programme start date, you are eligible for a refund of 25% of the Programme fees.

• No refunds will be granted for withdrawals made after the first week of the Programme start date.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

In certain exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal hardships, a pro-rated refund may be considered at the discretion of Averroes Education Ltd. To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must contact us in writing and provide appropriate documentation to support your request.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, alternative arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.

4. Programme Cancellation by Averroes Education Ltd

In the unlikely event that Averroes Education Ltd cancels the Programme before it begins, you will be entitled to a full refund of the Programme fees. If the Programme is cancelled after it has commenced, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the portion of the Programme completed at the time of cancellation.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that any administrative fees, application fees, or other non-tuition-related charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

6. Transfers and Deferrals

If you are unable to participate in the Programme but wish to transfer your enrolment to a future session or defer your participation, please contact us at [Insert Contact Email]. Transfers and deferrals will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and additional fees may apply.

7. No-Show Policy

If you fail to participate in the Programme without providing notice or officially withdrawing, you will not be eligible for any refund.

8. Changes to the Refund Policy

Averroes Education Ltd reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled participants and will apply to future enrolments only.
